"I've also been capable of working with a diverse selection of wonderful teachers . . . and seen young teachers develop into head teachers, deputy principals and principals. This has been rewarding."
Mr Browne said he'd enjoyed his time at Goulburn "immensely . . . it's given me a range of opportunities," including educative activities in Columbia and America.
"I've already been able to drive the actual bus for many excursions if teachers can't get out of class and they also need Ray Ban 90% off someone which has a bus licence!" he stated.
"To be part of the Ray-ban Wayfarer whole school experience is something I'm going to miss after i retire.
"I'll also miss the students, because as teachers we try to make a difference, and that's one thing I've enjoyed . . . seeing the real difference we can make inside their lives.
"We give them the skills essential to be lifelong learners, and to get a career they want."
He expressed as a result of his school staff: "I've been section of a very important group here with certainly supported me during my position."
He also acknowledged the city, Ray Ban 90% off including Hume MP Angus Taylor, Goulburn MP Pru Goward and Goulburn Mulwaree mayor Geoff Kettle.
"They need to be thanked for their contributions to Goulburn Senior high school, because what they've done for the college certainly makes my school good.
"I also value the parents' input towards the school, since it is a team effort."
Mr Browne said the school was able to accept a new principal with "new directions, ideas and concepts".
"With the support of staff they'll keep Goulburn High School an excellent school . . . it's a school the community can be very proud of."
In retirement he'll travel, catch his four children who will be "scattered across Australia", and after that "seriously plan" where he and the wife, Barbara, will live.
"I've had 38 years to plan for my retirement, therefore i think I'll set things right .!" he was quoted saying.
